My Retreat

My Floral Retreat

Whenever I get time, I just want to be among flowers -They offer a cocoon of sweet, scented beautiful showers.

As I enter, leaving behind the worries of each day, I get ready to face whatever the morning brings my way!

This retreat is tiny, only to replenish my depleted energy, And have my faith renewed, that the universe is all about synergy. 

It's just a matter of perspective to find that alignment, without our knowing, all our possible paths are already in arrangement! 

While the Cosmos waits for us to make our choice, All that the Divine energy wants us, is to be content and just rejoice.

From among so many possible options, it is tricky to see, Which path will ultimately lead to the dissolution in divine of the single "me"

The guidance is delivered in many forms, - dreams, sounds or signs. But we must be prepared to interpret the message in and between the lines

Incorrect guidance or hurried action may take us further away, In the wrong direction or down a twisted, longer way

We were born on this earth to fulfill a purpose. And the quiet time away from the everyday circus

Lets our souls hear the sound of that inner voice, To realign to our life purpose and aid us in making the right choice.

One does not always need a flowery corner to find the solace - All it must afford is some quiet comfort, just a soothing place

The objective is to connect with the consciousness residing deep within: Receive the message, offer gratitude, talk to our spiritual twin

As it leads us to realize our life goal and our true potential, and guides us down the right path bypassing the obstacle

Connecting with ourselves also make us take the time out, To be grateful for all the blessings and the lessons we got

And keep on making progress on the path of our choice: Overcoming obstacles and achieving milestones, finding reasons to rejoice

कुछ देर

कुछ देर के लिए ही सही, कमज़ोर पड़ना चाहती हूँ मैं, ये बोझ कहीं रख देना चाहती हूँ मैं। समझो ना मेरे अन्दर के एहसासों को, जज़्बातों को,  कुछ इशारे तो पढ़ लो, सुनो ना कुछ अनकही बातों को। बरसों से झगड़ रही हूँ इस ज़माने से,  कभी बेवजह, कहीं किसी जायज बहाने से- तुम्हारे मज़बूत कंधों का आसरा ढूँढती हूँ, कुछ देर को ही सही, एक सहारा ढूँढती हूँ। कुछ देर के लिए ही सही, कमज़ोर पड़ना चाहती हूँ मैं, ये बोझ कहीं रख देना चाहती हूँ मैं। समझो ना मेरे अन्दर के एहसासों को, जज़्बातों को,  कुछ इशारे तो पढ़ लो, सुनो ना कुछ अनकही बातों को। भर लो मुझे अपने आगोश में, जकड़ लो कसकर, कि मिट जाये ये बेचैनी, लौट आये सुकून - बस पल भर। थक गयी हूँ अपनी हिम्मत दिखाते हुए, अपनी परेशानियाँ खुद से भी छुपाते हुए। कुछ देर के लिए ही सही, कमज़ोर पड़ना चाहती हूँ मैं, ये बोझ कहीं रख देना चाहती हूँ मैं। समझो ना मेरे अन्दर के एहसासों को, जज़्बातों को,  कुछ इशारे तो पढ़ लो, सुनो ना कुछ अनकही बातों को।

मोड़

एक मुड़ती हुई सड़क थी, किनारे एक पेड़ था,  फैला हुआ समंदर, किनारे रेत का ढेर था,  मैं भी थी वहीँ कहीं, किसी टेहनी पर चींटी सी -  या लहरों सी खेलती हुई, या सब मेरे ख्वाबों का खेल था!  सोचती हूं कि उस मोड़ के आगे क्या और दुनिया बाकी है?  फिर याद आता है कि ये पेड़, ये समंदर, सभी तो मेरे साथी हैं,  क्या करूँ हिम्मत कुछ नया ढूँढने की, मोड़ से आगे बढ़ने की?  या रोक लूँ यहीं खुद को, मेरी उम्र के लिए यही काफी हैं!  रुई से बादल तो इशारा कर रहे हैं कि हिम्मत करो, आगे बढ़ो!  पुराने आराम की आदत है तुम्हें, पर नए हालातों से मत डरो! कुछ दिन बीतते ही नए दोस्त बना लोगे तुम, फिर वही आराम पा लोगे तुम, आसमाँ को देखते रहना, ये हर मोड़ पर मिलेगा, बस तुम आगे बढ़ो!
